We offer a solid portfolio of training for waiters, managers and kitchen employees at all levels.
We conduct periodic trips for chefs. Our cooks participate in workshops abroad, and take part in nationwide and international competitions.
Several times a month our waiters and bartenders are trained in wine tasting and alcoholic beverage service.
Once a week, our managers convene for the Manager’s Academy meetings. The meetings are led by Jerzy Kruk, culinary expert (Polish Sommelier Championship two-time finalist, Polish representative at the Sommelier World Championships in 2007) with many years’ experience in gastronomy. He has worked with the best Chefs in Poland.
