Wine & Food Noble Night is a prestigious culinary competition, during which 12 restaurants from all over Poland join the fight for flavors in three categories: appetizer, main course and the distinction of a professional jury. Wine & Food Noble Night is also a unique culinary art work served by the best chefs from all over Poland.
The starter of the Fiorentina chef – Robert Koczwary, took the third place in the audience voting. In addition, Boss Robert Koczwara and the team received the second place during the gala in the main course category and a special prize funded by the Gastronomic Academy in Poland.
